Only authorized users may access your iPandaz account. 4. Use of Platform Data Platform Data includes WhatsApp user IDs, message content, templates, and analytics. You must use Platform Data only for legitimate business purposes and comply with WhatsApp / Meta policies. You are responsible for data privacy compliance with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, DPDP Act). 5. Restrictions You may not: Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or spam activities Attempt to access another user’s account or private data Modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with iPandaz services 6. Fees and Payments Some iPandaz features may require payment. You agree to pay applicable fees on time. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. 7. Intellectual Property All software, content, and branding on iPandaz are owned by Pandagis Private Limited. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. 8. Liability iPandaz is not responsible for messages sent via WhatsApp or their content. Use of the platform is at your own risk. iPandaz liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. 9. Termination iPandaz may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or WhatsApp policies. You may terminate your account at any time. 10.
